I've been going to Darcy Leerssen since I've had teeth and his office is Gentle Dentistry for the entire Family is located on1846 Warm Springs Rd, Columbus, GA... ph # 706-322-6551. Not sure about the insurance thing.

most dentist will take you without insurance...you just gotta be ready to pay most of it upfront,....cause thats all insurance is paying the dentist

Wife goes to Dr. Michael Myers on Bradley Park Drive. I know he takes people without insurance and will setup a payment plan to your budget or at least used too...
