you can't sell until you've been on for a year, have 50 posts, and 100 rep points. and they also have some weird rules about gaining the rest of your privileges, but i joined 3 years ago so i'm not sure what they are. you can buy whenever.

Nice thats all i'm interested in doing. it is gay how they make you jump thru hoops to sell stuff, but I guess it helps keep scamming down.
