Man today is my second tint violation. Im getting so f*cking tired of this junk. First i was told that my front windows have to be 32 percent and the back can be watever. Now today i get told that they all have to be 32 percent. I have 20 percent on the front and 5 percent on the back but i only did that so people can't see into my trunk. To be honest i really don't mind the tint law because i understand the safety for cops and all but i also don't like people being able to see in my trunk also. Im just gonna rip this crap off because im tired of getting tickets and stopped and being profiled for stupid reasons. Im getting to old to be getting stopped around every corner bout your tints to dark, or I noticed your car because your rims made your tint stand out. I have already changed rims what else do i have to change besides the tint. This just really bothers me when I know for sure there are more police now giving tickets for tint or going 5 mph over speed limit but then stuff like teen gets stabbed at hollywood connection happens. Where are they then? They are too busy worried about other stuff rather than peoples lives.

i feel ya, thats why i pulled mine off even tho mine was 27% i got a tint ticket and pulled it off and got a fix it ticket. i roll around with fishbowl but i miss tint i hate it when people stare you down at lights.. lol

So i can remove it and not have to pay for ticket. I just really hate that stuff like my tools for automotive class will be seen after i remove it in the trunk. People only steal what they see.

I've had vehicles in the past with 20% and no issues. They were trucks and I was planning to get my mustang done soon, might re-think and go back to 32%...

this is one reason i haven't gotten tint. i really want something darker than 32%, but i don't want to get ticketed for it. yes i know you can get a doctor's note saying i have sensitive eyes, but i'm really lazy about that too.

I believe the legal tint is 35% front, and 25% rear or something like that. I've considered getting mine done but I dont want the hassle. I'm surprised that my tailights havent gotten me in trouble.

Yeah but the tint law changes all the time and you have to stay current.

i have literally black taillights on my old tahoe and never once had anything said to me there is an actual rule for them its you have to be able to see them from a certain distance just not sure what distance...o well my stangs are tinted too

Makes it a misdemeanor to violate specified window-tint restrictions
· Applies to both residents & non-residents.
· No window tinting on front windshield.
· On windows to either side of driver or in back of vehicle, the light transmission restriction may not be less than 32%, plus or minus 3% or increase light reflectance more than 20%.
· Labels indicating that tinted windows meet state specifications are no longer required.

I dunno if it would still work man to be honest that was like a year ago. You could always go to your eye doc and get a note saying you need it :tape2:

hahaha, maybe. I got pulled over in Sylvester, ga by a state trooper with my windows down. He said my rear window was to dark lol. LAME but he didnt write me a ticket, although that was back when i had chrome wheels and stuff..

My windows in the back dont go all the way down, if yours do im stealing your window tracks.
