my s14 sr into s14 240 swap

so i got my engine finally, it had tilted over some on the pallet, but nothing was damaged so its all good. Today we got it off the truck and on the ground (on the pallet ) and i couldnt help myself and starting taking things off lol. everything is good, also it has a nismo super coppermix clutch kit thats in VERY good conditon. wiring harness is 100% complete. i got it off first. removed heat shields on the exhaust, and removed tranny/starter, clutch fan, and a few brackets. Ive decided this is what I am going to replace:

waterpump
thermostat
gaskets for turbo
exhaust mani, turbo mani gasket
clutch/FW, TO bearing
rocker cover gaskets grommets
and fal electric fans
might do a pulley kit

You looking for aftermarket mounts or would good OEM ones work for you?

And whatever you do, don't get in a hurry. down_south240 has been working on his car for 5 years, and it's still not painted.

im going with nismo mounts, and im not in a hurry but i do want it done soon lol, and right now my 97 240 is my dd, it has paint lol, it looks pretty good minus a few dings.

What all else do you need? I have a few things laying around. Thats a pretty clean swap. Can't wait to see and hear it when you get it in.

And yea, getting in a hurry is why my car still isn't painted. Made a few mistakes back in the day.

basically i need, mounts, a slave cylinder, fmic kit, piping bov, some vacuum lines, fuel pump and filter, possibly some fuel lines, heater hoses, exhaust elbow from turbo, and an exhaust system.

Update. Well i got some coils: jic flt's up front and tein HE's in the back (used) but with a little tlc they will be fine, i put on the 350z wheels, and got some parts in. nismo slave cylinder, nismo clutch pivot ball, fmic kit w bov, walbro 255 fuel pump, heater hose conversion, and some more i cant remember right now, but at the moment , i just got the turbo back on the block with all new gaskets and new steel braided fire proofed water and oil lines. and this weekend i will be double checking the timing, installing new valve cover gasket, new belts, water pump and nismo thermostat. putting the parts on the transmission, slave, and pivot ball. I also got a new westco small battery to run my fmic piping near the battery, and a jdm fan shround (KA24de shround will NOT work). i started the wiring , its about 70% done. i will be getting some rocker arm stoppers eventually, but i can install that with the engine in the car. I also didnt get new mounts due to the fact that im broke now, but my KA ones will work, they are just old. but installing new mounts with the engine in the car isnt too hard, i'll just get some later. I'll post a pic of the car with the wheels later today.

I have a 240 project myself does the ka24 5 speed trans bolt up to a sr20 and i was lookin into swaping out to a rb25 is that good idea im new to imports i was originally a Ford guy and still am just now im a nismo guy too.

update: just went through some personal things that limited my progress on this but now, im ready to throw down. turbo has been re-installed with all new gaskets and fireproof steel braided oil and water lines, and im hoping to have the engine ready to drop in in about 2 weeks or less. im limited to working on it from about 6:30- 9 ish due to daylight ( i work outside) and on the weekends. then once its in i have to finish the wiring. but i think its all gonna be worth it when im boostin down the road lol. i also purchased jonothan ruiz's q45 brake upgrade from him yesterday so i'll start on that eventually. so. yeah thats it. i'll post more pics later.
